Education

Matt's lifelong interests in engineering, business, and leadership have guided his educational aspirations.

 

He began his higher education studying Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering at U.C. Davis. 

 

Prior to earning his B.S. he entered a merit-based research assistant program that paid for his Masters degree in Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering, along with a small monthly stipend. 

 

After a few years in Aerospace, he entered Lockheed Martin's Operations Leadership Development Program, which funded his M.B.A. at Carnegie Mellon. 

 

Having still felt like he was missing the tools to effectively lead cross-functional teams, he completed a Professional Certification in Technical Project Management at U.C. Berkeley. 

 

To round out a skillset aimed at robotics, Matthew completed a Professional Certification in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence at U.C. Berkeley.

 

Matt believes that there are still many exciting things to learn at any workplace, and he looks forward to tomorrow's challenges.
